We want to make your experience hassle free. We’ve listed the questions we get asked the most, to save you time when shopping with us.
How do I take care of my Palm & Peach towel?
Palm & Peach towels are made from 100% cotton and care instructions are provided on the label. We recommend that you wash your towel separately on a cold wash and avoid any chemicals like bleach. You may find that for the first couple of washes some lint loosens and becomes visible on your towel. Don’t worry as this will disappear naturally with use.
Do you provide refund or exchange?
We exchange or refund items if they are faulty. We unfortunately do not refund purchases if it is a change of mind. You can read more about this on our T&C’s page.
Does the price of my order include tax?
All of our prices include VAT. However, you may live in a country that imposes tax on goods imported from the UK. We cannot be responsible for this tax and therefore recommend you research any import tax prior to purchase.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping within the UK! We also ship worldwide and have a flat rate of £12 within the EU and £15 for outside of the EU.
When will my towel be posted?
Your towel will be sent 2-3 working days after purchase. If you select a special postage option such as next day, your towel will be shipped within 24 hours via next day delivery.
Can I track my towel once it has been posted?
Once your towel has been shipped we will email you a tracking number. Please note that Palm & Peach cannot accept any responsibility for your package once it has left us so if you have any queries regarding your parcel, please contact the postage company for more information.
