UK and worldwide shipping with order tracking
You travel the globe, so we deliver to the world. International delivery up to 10 days and UK delivery within 2-3 working days.
When towels are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days.
If the product was marked with ‘pre-order’ your item will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking emails on the day of dispatch. Currently we estimate this to be the end of January.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping provider. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we cannot change the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
Delivery times - UK
All deliveries with UK will be posted within 2-3 working days of the order via Royal Mail ‘signed for’ second class.
Delivery times - International
International delivery times vary between countries however they will take between 4-10 days.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped you will receive and email with tracking information. All tracking enquiries and estimated delivery times must go through the relevant shipping provider for your country. Palm & Peach will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.
All products are quality checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it. We unfortunately won’t offer an exchange or refund if you have changed your mind.
Customers outside of the EU need to be aware that local customs and excise may charge customs charges on all orders.
