Advice and details of our commitment to customers and visitor’s responsibilities when shopping with us. We care about our customers and take our obligations seriously. Here are our terms.
When you purchase a Palm & Peach product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully before purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
Privacy - personal details – We respect your privacy and in no circumstances will any personal information that you provide us be shared with any third parties outside of Palm & Peach.
Subscription - by subscribing via our website you are authorising us to send you communications.
When towels are in stock, your order will be dispatched within two - three business days.
If the product was marked with ‘pre-order’ your item will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking emails on the day of dispatch. Currently we estimate this to be the end of January.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping provider. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we cannot change the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIMES
All deliveries with UK will be posted within 2- 3 working days of the order via Royal Mail ‘signed for’ second class.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
International deliveries times vary between countries however they will take 4-10 days. You will be advised of the predicted delivery time once the order has been dispatched.
Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive and email with tracking information. All tracking enquiries and estimated delivery times must go through the relevant shipping provider for your country. Palm & Peach will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All products are quality checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it. We unfortunately won’t offer an exchange or refund if you have changed your mind.
Customers outside of the EU need to be aware that local customs and excise may charge customs charges on all orders.

All emails and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. If you have received an email in error please notify Palm & Peach at firstname.lastname@example.org. Messages contain confidential information and are intended only for the individual named. If you are not the named addressee you should not disseminate, distribute or copy any e-mail not addressed to you.
Please notify the sender immediately by e-mail if you have received an e-mail by mistake and delete the e-mail from your system. If you are not the intended recipient you are notified that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited.
